The expansion Seasons allows the youngest Sims to the scouts, but what about technical classes, the Speech and Debate League, or the computer club? Modification Afterschool Activities Bundle 2 brings the aforementioned (and other) extracurricular activities into the game. Just use the phone and sing for the first day of assembly.
