A standalone ATOM RPG add-on that continues the threads started in the original. In ATOM RPG: Trudograd we talk and perform tasks for the inhabitants of the Trudograd city, and we also have turn-based battles.
Trudograd is an big expansion to the postapocalyptic RPG released in 2018 under the title ATOM RPG. Add-on was developed by the authors of the original, i.e. independent Atom Team studio and does not require a basic version of the game to work.
ATOM RPG: Trudograd takes place two years after the events presented in the original. The player goes to the post-Soviet city of Trudograd, which survived the nuclear war that took place almost a quarter of a century ago. His task is to find a way to deal with the danger from outer space threatening the remains of humanity.
Although the story presented in the described add-on continues the threads started in the main game, the knowledge of the original should not be necessary, as the authors took care to familiarize new players with the world presented. Nevertheless, the developers encourage you to first check the main game and only then to play an expansion.
ATOM RPG: Trudograd allows both the creation of a new character and the use of a protagonist, which we led in the main game, by importing the saved game status. The expansion gives us a large city in wintertime, which is inhabited by new characters with individual personality. The tasks they commission (both pushing the plot forward and sideways) can be performed in a variety of ways. What path we choose affects not only the protagonist, but also the situation in the city. The new features introduced by the developers also include skills and perks, which can be used during explorations, dialogues and turn-based battles.
ATOM RPG: Trudograd is based on the technology that has driven the main game. Due to the fact that winter reigns in the city, the game looks a bit different, and the snow intensifies the impression of being in a truly post-Soviet metropolis.
