Deltarune is the second project of the independent American artist Toby Fox, known for Undertale, which is at the same time a kind of continuation of that game. The title was revealed on October 31, 2018 by a free release of a demo version of the first chapter on the official website of the game. Deltarune is intended for people who have completed Undertale.

Plot

Although the action of Deltarune seems to be set in a familiar universe, the game is not a direct continuation of Undertale. During the adventure, we will meet familiar characters and references to the previous title, but the story focuses on a new character in a different reality. They find themselves in the Dark World and try to restore the balance between Light and Darkness and find their way home.
