Seldom has the pursuit of sporting excellence been so cuddly. Hamtaro: Ham-Ham Games sees the adorable hamster folk of previous Hamtaro outings competing in a series of thrill-packed sports events. Taking place over seven days, the Ham-Ham Games consists of 15 different activities, encoming such myriad delights as hamster volleyball, hamster tennis and hamster hurdles. Witnessing those plucky little fur-bags vaulting determinedly over hurdle after hurdle is a life-affirming experience.

Players can compete in up to three different games per day; perform well enough and you'll be awarded a bronze, silver or gold medal. There are also practice sessions if you feel your hamster has been slacking off and could use some extra training, while your hamster friends can even take time to relax. Hamtaro and his furry ilk can zone out by catching a little hamster TV, taking in the shopping channel or DJ request programme.
