This page of the guide to The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt includes a walkthrough of the main quest Incident in the White Orchard. Our walkthrough explains, among others, when you can return to the inn in White Orchard and meet Vesemir, and under what circumstances it is possible to meet Yennefer again.
Important - Don't start this quest until you complete all side quests in White Orchard that you currently have in your journal. Otherwise some of them will be canceled and considered as uncompleted. You must also know that starting this quest means leaving the orchard and moving to royal castle. Fortunately, you can (deliberately) return to White Orchard later in the game.
It's a very short quest activated after completing the main quest Royal Audience.
