At the end of the prologue of Expedition 33, you will come across a festival dedicated to those setting off to the continent with the mission of defeating the Painter. During the event, you can complete a side task to obtain three festival tokens, which you can then exchange for special rewards. On this page, you will learn how to obtain them all.

How to get all the festival tokens?

At the festival, you can get three festival tokens. Here's how to obtain each of them:

1. Automatically - you will receive the first token automatically, in the cut-scene that starts the festival. You can't miss it.

Antoine - a bald man in a white suit will give you a token in exchange for solving his quiz. Here are all the questions along with the answers:

1. When was the Fracture? - 67 years ago;
2. Which was the first expedition to depart for the continent? - Expedition Zero;
3. What is a Lumina? - Abilities you internalise by using Pictos in battle after enough times.

1. Maelle - while talking to Maelle on the pier, you can challenge her to a sparring match. You can try as many times as you want, even if you lose. Win and you will get a token.

What can the collected tokens be used for?

There are many people at the fastival with whom you can talk. There are also three stalls here, where you can get additional items. However, you have to pay for them with a festival token. Here's what you can get at the stalls:

1. Green stall - talk to Tom and exchange the token for Weird Pictos.
2. You can use Weird Pictos after you reach the Gestrals village. Go to the market and talk to the merchant named Jujubree. If you have the Picto in your inventory that you acquired at the festival, he will offer to fix it for you. You will receive Augmented Aim Picto level 5. If you have a weaker version of this item, it will be automatically upgraded.

1. Blue stall - talk to Colette and exchange the token for an Old Key.
2. Upon reaching the Old Lumiere, you will come across a locked door near a broken drain pipe. The old key will open the gates, behind which you will find the journal of one of the previous expeditions.

1. Red - you will talk to Amandine and exchange the token for a new hairstyle for Gustave. You can freely switch between different hairstyles in the character screen.
